Abstract: Regular fluctuations of natural phenomena and processes have been carried out in natural rhytms and cycles without any human impacts. The main objective of this paper is to investigate regular fluctuations and to determine rhytms and cycles in period of last hundred years. Fluctuations of thermic and pluviometric regime during last one hundred years have been corelated with fluctuations of water level in main waterways in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Possible causes and trends of fluctuations of these climate parameters have been presented in this paper.
