In the world of modern technology, geographic information systems (GIS) are an important tool for collecting, analysing and displaying geospatial data. This paper focuses on the development of a web GIS representation of UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) World Heritage Sites in Bosnia and Herzegovina. By creating an interactive map, the paper provides a comprehensive insight into the location, characteristics and significance of UNESCO World Heritage Sites and highlights their touristic value. The aim of the paper is to explore how web GIS enhances the representation of UNESCO World Heritage and tourism values and highlights its role in the promotion and conservation of cultural and natural assets. The Web GIS view allows users to analyse information about these sites, such as historical, cultural and natural significance, images, etc. This approach helps users to better understand the value of the World Heritage Sites. The results of the work show how Web GIS can improve the touristic attractiveness and information about cultural and natural heritage.
