Abstract
In this paper, EU-DEM data were used for morphometric analysis of the drainage basin of the river Gračanica. Standard mathematical formulas and tools for Hydrology in the ArcGIS 10.5 were used to estimate parameters such as areal, linear and relief aspects. The results show morphometric parameters for the drainage basin of the river Gračanica. The paper highlights he advantages and disadvantages of applying this method and data. It also suggests in future research the validation of results and using a Digital Elevation Model (DEM) of higher quality and resolution. Similar methods and the development of reliable DEM data can play an important role in planning and conducting hydrological activities.
